Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-09.1 · Effective September 1, 2026

Anycast is an AI teammate for businesses. This policy describes the few things you may not use it for. It applies to every workspace and every user, whether you contracted directly with ExCom.ai or through a partner. It is part of your agreement with us or with your partner. Your use must also comply with the acceptable-use requirements of the AI model providers that power the service; we will tell you if a specific restriction applies to your use.

1. Lawful use only

Use Anycast only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal where you operate, that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, or that is intended to deceive, defraud, or harm. This includes, always and everywhere: any sexual content involving minors, harassment or threats against any person, and impersonating real people or organizations; non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content depicting a real person; deceptive synthetic media of a real person intended to mislead; and surveillance, stalking or tracking software targeting a person without their knowledge and consent.

2. No political campaign production

Anycast supports opinion research — measuring and analyzing public sentiment is a legitimate use. What it does not do is produce campaign material: generating speeches, messaging, advertising, or voter-targeting content for political candidates, parties, or campaigns is not permitted, in any country.

3. No unsolicited mass messaging

Do not use Anycast to send unsolicited bulk messages (email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any channel). Messaging through the platform must comply with the rules of the channel used and with applicable law, and must be directed at recipients who have a relationship with you or have consented to be contacted.

4. Data you bring in

You are responsible for the data you connect, upload, or point the assistant at. You confirm that you have the right to use it — including personal data (under LGPD, GDPR, or your local law), data collected from websites, and data accessed through credentials you provide. Where the assistant collects information from public sources at your request, you are the party responsible for the lawfulness of that collection.

5. Respect the platform

6. Output you distribute

Content you create with Anycast is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. Review AI-generated output before you rely on it or pass it on — especially where it informs legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions. Do not use the platform to make automated decisions about individuals — such as credit, employment, or insurance decisions — without meaningful human review. Products you build and distribute to others using the platform are your products.

7. Enforcement

If a workspace is used in breach of this policy, we may suspend the activity in question or, for serious or repeated breaches, the workspace — with notice where practical, immediately where necessary. Nothing is deleted on suspension; data-export rights remain per your agreement. Where you contracted through a partner, we coordinate enforcement with your partner.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service and the law evolve. The current version always lives at this address; because this policy is part of your Terms of Service, material changes follow the change process in those terms (at least 30 days' notice and re-acceptance in the app); other updates take effect when posted.
